Sunlight is important because it makes plants grow.

Outer planets are made of mostly gas. Outer planets are Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus ,and Neptune.

Light we see from the moon is actually from the sun.

An astriod belt is between Mars and Jupiter.

Rockey planets are made of mostly rock. Earth is a rockey planet.

Solar panels can catch the sun's rays and can be used for many things.

You should not look directly at the Sun because it could blind you.

Saturn, Jupiter, Uranus, and Neptune all have rings.

The Maya were the first people to understand astronomy.

Earth rotates around on its axis. It takes 24 hours for it to rotate once on its axis.

Mercury and Venus don't have moons.
