We had a fantastic field day this past Friday. It was my first field day and it was a lot of fun (although I would wear shorts, running shoes, and bring sunglasses next year :). The field day was broken up into two groups. The morning groups had the younger children and the afternoon group the older children. Each class started at a station and rotated counter clockwise. We played games such as potato sack races, over and under with a wet sponge, potato hockey and much more. The kids loved it! Many thanks to all the teachers and volunteers who helped organize and set up the games and stations. It really was "a perfect day."

It was a fun field day. We went to a lot of games. My favorite was when had to carry the ice. My least favorite was the sack race.
